Can discount rates for rooms be applied afterwards?

Forgive me if this has been asked 1000 times before. In the past I have always waited for discount rates to be generally available before I purchased my WDW package. This year I am getting too impatient. As soon as the park hours are released for Dec, I was thinking about booking things (partially in hopes of being able to snag an ADR for BOG). I am sure that the room discounts for Dec will not be out yet. So my question is, when the discounts for Dec are released later on, can I go back to WDW Travel and have the cost for my package adjusted to the lesser rate?

Yes you can. You just have to call and have them apply the discount package if you dates etc apply.

I still have a paper that has $80/night Tower room rates from 1980 or so, that I obtained from my parental units....I try and use it as a "quote" and point out that there is no "this quote is only good for xx days"...on the paper, but it is a no go.
