Can Anyone pre order the Photopass CD?

Can anyone preorder the Photopass CD and use the $20 off pre order promotion or only people staying on property?

We have some friends staying off property who would like to pre order, but we looked all over disneyphotopass.com tonight and couldn't find a place to pre order?

Thanks for posting this! I bought the cd last year but never pre-ordered it, which I wish I would've!:hammer:
