Can anyone help provide a contact at Chef Mickey's?

We were at Chef Mickey's on the 23rd. When I arrived home, I found that the server had left herself a bigger tip than I had left her. I've called the hotel and was transferred to billing who then transferred me to Chef Mickey's. I only got a machine where I doubt anyone will call back. Does anyone have any suggestions as to who I can reach or who else to call? :veryconfu

I don't know of the direct line but you can call 407-824-2222 and ask to be transferred. I believe that is the WDW operator number. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If you don't get anywhere with Disney in the next day or two take up the matter with your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Call the Contemporary and ask for the hotel manager.

If your party was bigger than 6 than Disney charges u for the tip at 15 or 20 % so no matter what u write down you will be charged the disney tip . Hope u can get it all sorted out

How much are we talking?

Was this charged to your room folio or directly to your credit card? If you credit card, dispute the charge immediately.

Charged to the folio? A call to research and billing (not sure if that's who you had or not) about a charge you are disputing to your guest pay folio would be a good step.
