Just ask the Team Member at the ride entrance. Just to be clear the "tours" aren't anything really different than waiting in line, it's just a separate line that's empty where you can walk the length of the queue without waiting in line. MIB on the other hand is a tour of the immigration room normally not accessible to guests, ask as you get off the ride. That one isn't always available. There is also a free tour at Hard Rock they show you some of the VIP areas and you get to see a lot of the memorabilia collection.
