Do They make a comcorder that you can use a reguler size DVD (not a mini) I think they do but when I asked someone in Curciut City They said no? also how much are they if they do make them?

Not at this time do they make camcorders that use the standard dvd size. Mini is all there is for now.
when will thet be making them?

Probably not anytime soon. Currently the DVD industry is in the middle of a standard issue with the next version of DVD player technology i.e HD DVD the fight regards whats known as blu-ray (blue laser instead of red) Blu-Ray equals more data on disc and higher picture quality. Till that gets fixed I doubt you will see a full size dvd burning MINIDV

It wouldnt suprise me if they skipped full size DVD camcorders and went straight to camcorders with hard drives

Sony makes a DVD cam. You use the DVD to record on and just put it in your player and it is ready to watch. It is $899.00, you can check it out at www.sony.com Sorry if this isn't what your talking about
