WOAH someone called me Angie... *looks at you suspiciously* Did my family send you? LOL

No one calls me Angie on here so it scared me.. and no one other than my family calls me that period.. I tend to shy away from being called it.. Don't ask lol.

I personally like Angie a lot better than Angel. If I were you, I would tell people to call me Angie.

Well people mostly call me Angelique lol. Sounds more definded then Angie (don't get me started on why I'm named how I'm named and called how I'm called LOL)...

Why do you like Angie better? *is curious* It's ... I don't know what it is .. but maybe it's like when I was in grammar school I wasn't in the "popular group" and I was such the "teacher's pet" that when I graduated HS and moved away from home I wanted to have a chance to be a completely different person...

The only one around here who has called me Angie period is Milissa (cause she's a friend from home) and Ray has called me that once or twice because he met my parents and saw them calling me that.. and when he was visiting me at home did lol.

I do like "Angelique". I think "Angel" sounds too much like someone's calling you "Honey" or "Babe", and "Angie" sounds too harsh (besides reminding us old people of Angie Dickenson or that Rolling Stones song).

I like "Angie" because it sounds sweeter, younger, cuter, and like more caring than Angel or Angelique. The full name is to long (it´s not an ugly name!) but too long. I have two names and I´m called both by many people, but when I started working at the Hyatt, my boss who didn´t speak Spanish couldn´t pronounce it and started calling me Maria only. Then my firends got used to it too. :animwink:
