I was surprised to get a room when i called this morning. We are staying at All Star Sports .... but hey at least we are on property:sohappy:

I wonder if they are experiencing a lower turnout? I'm an annual passholder, and you can still get the AP rate for most resorts for the third week in July..that's unusual compared to the last few years! And I took advantage of it!

I'm amazed anyone can go to a theme park with the way things are right now, you would think they would be a ghost town but I bet it's still nuts. Nothing wrong with a little escapism though, wish I was there.

Better at All Star Sports than not being at Disney Personally, I'd sleep in a tent on I4 if it means being at Disney

On our way down a couple of weeks ago, we made really good time (left earlier than planned and took fewer stops than anticipated), and we decided we could easily drive the rest of the way instead of stopping over in Gainesville like we planned. When we stopped for dinner, not only could we get a room for the night in All Star-Music, but the AP discount was available. Allowed us to get to the Disney magic that much earlier.
