I need to buy a ball pan. Could and should have when I saw one the other day, but moving into a new place has required a lot of other shopping and that’s something I don’t need (for now).
Past cakes that I’ve made:

This last one is one of two times I’ve made and used fondant. It’s just not a method I enjoy.
I love the two-tone roses in the cupcake picture. I did that one year, but I didn't find the picture...I'll have to look again. I just got a new laptop recently, and I haven't gotten all my files transferred. But I love the two color look....so neat!

I made a St. Valentine’s Day cake for my husband and my son this past February. I tried to paint on pink pearl dust on the foundant heart, but you can see the brush strokes. I also need to start wearing gloves when I pipe decorations, because my hand liquifies the buttercream in 5 minutes. My rosettes are looking a bit greasy. 🤨😛

Look, if it is as bad as you say, I'll send you my home address and you can ship it to me. I, for one, would surely love all those errors on my plate. Cakes are only pretty until you cut them, and the best part of a cake is after they are cut. So, I will graciously take it off your frosting melting hands. :p:joyfull:
