Cab fare

I am heading down in Jan for a nice 8 day stay at the Carrib beach. Every one in my party bought 6 day hopper passes ya know so we can have a day or two off to shop and rest. i was thinking what would it cost to get a cab to Universal? Ive been to WDW 13 times and never universal. thinking i may give it a shot but doesnt look worth it as far as $$ goes

Oh it's definitely worth it in January. You'll have no lines at all. Make sure you do both Universal and Islands of Adventure. You can easily fit them both into 1 day since you're going at an off-peak time.

I think it runs about $30 each way. If you can get a good car rental rate for a couple of days it will more than likely cost around the same and give you the freedom to come and go as you please.

It is $10.00 from Epcot to DTD so I am thinking it will be more then 30.00 each way. I would say check with Mears, I know I have taken them from WDW to Universal a few times in the past and it was not to much. But check around.
