BWV or BCV? :)

We're actually staying from December 21st through the 25th, then on a cruise for 3 days, and then back for the 29th. Boardwalk Villas, 1 bedroom, standard view, was actually available from the 16th through the 23rd, and it looks like it'll still be open through the 25th. Success! In 2 days I'll find out for sure. But the 29th looks like the impossible day. We'll see. By the way, Beach Club and Animal Kingdom were also wide open.
Based on the fact that Baylake has virtually no openings during that same time frame even before the 7 month window, it would certainly appear that Baylake is far and away the most popular property right now. Honestly, we prefer the Epcot resorts. maybe it's time to sell my 160 Baylake points, and, for the same money, buy about 220 Boardwalk points. Just thinking out loud.

Crescent Lake is a wonderful place to stay. Sorry but the Monorail Resorts are just not the same.
Sell BLT now before it becomes the third wheel behind the new DVCs being built at the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian.The Poly DVCs look like they could become the pièce de résistance, especially the ones that go out onto the Seven Seas Lagoon!
Poly looks like it will be sick. Just plain sick (and I mean that in a good way
) IMHO BLT will exceed GFV in popularity when all the dust settles, but Poly will be the new crown jewel of the DVC collection.

Last year we debated between BWV and BCV, we went with BWV and the entire week we wished we were at BCV.

We own at BCV and would not have it any other way...best place in the world in our eyes...Two parks...beautiful boardwalk...amazing pool and of course we love the beach theme. But to each their own!
