so my friend and i were just having a debate...he just got back from disney over christmas, and believes that he got a pair of 3d glasses on buzz lightyear. i told him he was crazy...i worked there for the past two summers and i would have known about a ride revamp on that ride. he claims they are yellow 3d glasses. magic kingdom is the only disney park that he went to, and he insists that he got them there. what ride could he be mixing this up with? is he mixing up a ride at universal with something similar to buzz? any help with our discrepancy would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys

When I rode MIB last fall, there weren't any 3D glasses. Spiderman has them, though.

There were probably from one of the 3-D shows, like A Bugs Life (Animal Kingdom), Honey I Shrunk the Audience (Epcot), or Muppets (MGM)

I never recall 3-D Glasses on ANY of my adventures in Buzz Lightyear. Why would you need them anyway?? :D

Don't ya just hate it when people insist on the wrong thing? I just had a debate the Tomorrow's Child was not only heard outside Spaceship Earth for the MIllenium Celebration....

AIM FOR THE VOLCANO!!!!

as far as i know, there is nothing at the magic kingdom that would require you to have 3-d glasses. maybe your friend found a pair on the ground inside the buzz lightyear ride? maybe someone was pulling a prank? maybe your friend is just goofy? :)

The answer is TERMINATOR 3D. It is the only 3D attraction at Universal Studios right now, since Hitchcock's was discontinued right now, I believe.
Terminator's glasses are yellow, too.

The most logical idea is that he confused Spiderman with Buzz Lightyear. It sounds stupid to us, but it happens all the time. My friend insists that Back to the Future is at MGM studios.

Don't ask me, ask him. He says he went to Universal, so I suppose that's Universal Studios and not IoA, besides, Spider-man's glasses are not yellow, but black and I'm positively sure that Terminator is the only Universal Studios ride that has yellow 3D glasses.
