Buying Tickets NOW through Undercover Tourist for NEXT year

So if i buy tickets through Undercover Tourist (currently $318.44 for a 5 day park hopper ticket) and plan to go to WDW for Christmas 2014 (building up those Disney dollars), would I save money by buying these tickets and then booking the hotel (most likely POR) at some point early next year? I have about 1300 Disney Dollars and could use that (and whatever I build up between now and then) to pay for the hotel/food. Is this a better deal than booking a package?

It might be. Just have to see what the package prices are for 2014 when they come out.

As long as you're not planning to use the dining plan you'll be better off buying your tickets from UT now.

Normally buying all the pieces separate equals savings but its kind of the game you play:
You want to save on park tickets now and hope the packages fall short in perks?
or
Wait it out in hopes that the package comes with dinning or some other goodie?

We are going next summer and we need 3 adult 10 day park hoppers... I have already bought one from undercover tourist... I am hoping it will give us more spending money in our budget if I buy them throughout THIS year. Plus it makes me feel like we are definitely going next (even though I know we are).... I highly recommend pre-buying them from undercover tourist bc I just saved almost $50 for one ticket!!! Happy Savings. lol

I buy annual passes from AAA and get vouchers that I can save for when I go after the present one expires. They offer discounted prices too. They do sell all kinds of tickets.
