BUSCH ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT SHIFT

November 1, 2007 (Clayton, Mo.) – Busch Entertainment Corporation (BEC), the family entertainment subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch Cos., today announced a shift in senior management to fill vacancies created by last week’s transition of Keith M. Kasen to Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and Jim Atchison from SeaWorld Orlando General Manager to BEC President and Chief Operating Officer.

Daniel B. Brown, 53, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Busch Gardens Africa and Adventure Island in Tampa, Fla., will assume the same position in BEC’s flagship park, SeaWorld Orlando. Brown also will oversee the operation of Discovery Cove and Aquatica, a SeaWorld water park scheduled to open next spring.

Replacing Brown in Tampa will be Donnie Mills, Executive Vice President and General Manager of BEC’s Busch Gardens Europe and Water Country USA parks in Williamsburg, Va. Mill’s replacement in Williamsburg will be announced within the next week. The moves are effective December 1.

“These management changes, combined with the move of our corporate headquarters from Clayton, Mo. to Orlando, will position BEC very well for continued growth and success. These are two of the most experienced and dedicated executives in the Busch Entertainment family and they bring a wealth of experience, innovation and leadership to their new roles,” said Atchison.

Prior to his move to Tampa in 2003, Brown was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. Before accepting that position in 1999, Brown served as Corporate Vice President of Park Operations in the company’s Clayton, Mo. headquarters. Brown has held many positions in BEC parks throughout his 32-year theme park career. He started with BEC parking cars at Busch Gardens Africa in 1975. Brown is married with two children.

Mills, 49, also has occupied a wide variety of positions across the BEC system of parks. Prior to accepting the Executive Vice President and General Manager position in Williamsburg, he was Park Operations Vice President at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg and SeaWorld in San Diego. Prior to that he was Park Operations Vice President at Busch Gardens Africa in Tampa. Like Brown, Mills started his BEC career parking cars at Busch Gardens in Tampa. Mills is married.

BEC operates nine parks across the U.S.: SeaWorld Florida in Orlando; SeaWorld California in San Diego; SeaWorld Texas in San Antonio; Busch Gardens Africa in Tampa; Busch Gardens Europe in Williamsburg; Discovery Cove in Orlando; Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pa., near Philadelphia; Adventure Island in Tampa; and Water Country USA in Williamsburg. Aquatica, SeaWorld’s water park, is under construction in Orlando and is scheduled to open next spring. BEC employs more than 26,000 people.

Dan Brown was running BGT closer to BGW than previous management... (many different changes under his regiem)

hopefully Donnie Mills does bring more BGW style over, perhaps allocate money for new flats and re-theme areas better in the process... fixing some other problems like menus in the process as well.
