Staying at POFQ and plan a morning at the resort at the pool. We have a 12:30pm fastpass for Tower, what time should we leave to get there in time for our fastpass? 11:15/11:30?

Also, on another day we have a 11:30 ADR at Homecomin' and then have a fastpass at 1:30pm for the Safari at AK. What is the best way to get from DS to AK to make that fastpass?

Resort to park, plan on an hour prior. Springs to a park before 4pm Uber/Lyft or grab a boat to Saratoga Springs for a bus there an hour before.

Definitely taxi/Uber from Disney Springs to AK. And with those times you'll also most likely be using the FP in the latter half of the FP window.

Keep in mind that your FP goes all the way until 1:30 PM so if your only requirement is to be there to ride ToT then you have plenty of time in the 11:30 - 12:00 range.

Remember you have an hour to use the fast pass. So for the 12:30 FP you have 12:30 to 1:30 so if you want to kick back by the pool for a little longer you can. Same thing for the "other day", you don't have to rush through the lunch to make the FP. With what they are charging for meals I have to see anybody rush through them.
