Buffets

We are doing two character buffets on our coming trip. Our son (4) is very particular about food and he will not eat the breakfasts, if anything maybe a strawberry and if we are extremely lucky one pancake/waffle. My question is if our son is not going to eat are they still going to charge us even if we explain ahead of time?

Think of it this way…

The price being charged is not necessarily just for the food and access to the buffet.
It is also the access to the characters.

Even if someone does not eat anything during their visit, they are still partaking in the entertainment aspect and they are having that access to the characters.

Exactly, think of it as similar to paying to have a party with the characters. I will say this, make sure you keep an eye on those characters, and that they are coming to your table, we have had some great experiences with loads of interaction (Crystal Palace) and time where they weren't coming by(Park Fare)
