Donald's Breakfastosaurus in Animal Kingdom is a buffet and very kid-friendly. Of course, it only serves breakfast.

Do you mean outside of WDW property? If so there are 2 we love to go to. Sweet Tomatoes and Stevie B's. If you mean on WDW Property the best value would be Trail's End Buffeteria at the Fort Wilderness resort. If you have any questions, ask away. We've been to all 3 of these many times. There is also a Ponderosa off property, but for the price it really wasn't very good.
