Buffet restaurants

Does anyone know if the all you can eat buffets are back to self serve rather than table service?
We use the buffets as with specific dietary needs in our group offer the widest choice of food to eat. However the set menu of table service doesn’t allow this.

I don’t want to get dining plan if the buffets aren’t actual buffets.

Oh and are hotel breakfasts also take served set menus still?

All buffet restaurants returned to that format last week.

Obviously there is nothing to say they couldn't go back if COVID cases/restrictions increase at some point in the future.
