BRV Stay & Fireworks Viewing

Hello! We have an upcoming stay at Boulder Ridge Villas. I know we won’t be able to see any fireworks from that building, but where is best on WL property to try? Or, is it not worth it at all and better to boat over to Contemporary? Thanks!

The WL boat dock will give you the best view. You can’t really see them from the pools.

Yes they do (on the boat dock), but last time I watched the music was quite hard to hear.

I’d recommend downloading the soundtrack from YouTube just in case, as I needed it last time.

Or take the boat over to the Contemporary and watch from there.

From the Wilderness Lodge, the most I have seen has been the fireworks that reach highest into the sky. However, watching the fireworks from the bridge between Contemporary and Bay Lake is a great unimpeded view. I think that there are balconies elsewhere on the Contemporary tower that offer good views. Plus, I always enjoy the boat ride to/from the Contemporary. I was so happy when they brought it back.

You have to get pretty high up to get a view of any fireworks at WL. As others have mentioned, I would take the short boat ride to the Contemporary to view them. This was the view from our room on the sixth floor at WL in February 2019.
