I'm from the US and have a few friends in England. Just a few questions.
One. Do you need any kind of fancy postage other than a thirty seven cent US stamp to send something there?
Two. How does the postal/geographic regions work there? For instance, I have a friend that lives in Fulham. That's part of London, to my konwledge, but London's a city, not a "state"....hopefully someone gets my point. Does anyone happen to know anything about Fulham either?
Three. Phone calls. I know you need to put in a 44 before dialing a UK number from a different country. Do US citizens need to dial 1 before the 44?
