Anyone familiar with this place? Is this one of "The Places" that is turning into condo's any time soon? Like, within the next year and a half? Is this place decent? I might be living here in a year or two (and then will probably be asking questions on other places :) ) Thanks!!!

Well, I think places at Metrowest are normally decent. I don't know names, I don't have much experience with that, I think some of the locals could give you more details. Hope everything turns out ok!! :wave:
