For those of you coming down for a December trip to Disney, be prepared for changing weather. Mornings are typically rather cool (for Floridians) at temperatures around the 60s. During the mid day you will probably feel a lot more comfortable wearing sneakers, shorts and a long sleeve or T shirt. But at night it can get down to the 50s which will require a warm jacket. Good luck and stay warm!!

Thanks for the info! We are coming down for Christmas and it's our first time in Orlando during the winter, so we don't really know what to expect weather-wise. I'd appreciate any more tips you have!

If you are staying on property I would bring a lot of warm and cold clothes. Staying close will let you run back to the room in case you have to or forgot something. You never know lately but the most important thing is to dress comfortable for the walking. The sunny spots can get rather warm but the shaded spots can get very cold even during the middle of the day. Just be prepared and you should be fine

We are staying at the Beach Club and will going back every day around mid-late afternoon, so we can switch out clothes then if we need to. How warm will it be in the sun?

In other words.......................... pack your entire wardrobe :ROFLOL:

I was thinking the same thing!

Shorts and a T shirt warm in the sun. Especially if you going to be walking around a lot that will warm you up too.

Its just I made the mistake of wearing jeans and a thin sweater for the whole day thinking it was going to be cool and then really cold. Well it was anything but cool during the day which made me really uncomfortable and then really cold at night which felt a little better.

We're going to be down on Dec 1st. I've been to WDW many times in February but never in December. How does the weather compare to Feb? About the same or a little warmer?

We're heading to WDW Dec 2 - 8. I have a hard time packing when I know what the weather is like so any hints? Especially since I have to pack for my 28 month old son!

Take today for example.... I was only working outside for a little bit doing minor things and was breaking a good sweat. This was around 2pm so I would assume it was similar in Orlando today. I doubt it is going to get very cold the first week in December but like I said, at night it always gets cool.

AH! Out here I just got a huge warm front, it's very nice out for January.

It has been warm for three days straight, I hope this continues for a little bit longer.

Was at Sea World on Sunday and was wearing jeans, a long sleeve blouse and a v-neck sweater over it and never got hot so warm is different to all of us. Almost everyone there was in long pants with long sleeve shirts or jackets. It was nice in the sun, but the wind was cold and so was the rain. It actually was warmer when the park was closing than it was all day because after it rained hard the wind died down. You couldn't tell the out of towners from the locals there on Sunday-except for the languages being spoken. Lots of tour groups there on Sunday. Usually you see tourist in shorts, t's and sandals and us Floridians dressed as if it is really cold. <g>
