Brer Frog Missing

Not that I'm making excuses or anything, but Splash is said to be the second most complex ride on property to operate, second only to Test Track. It has one of the longest (if not the longest) training courses of any ride. In addition to that, it's starting to get old, so the day to day maintenance just to keep the track operating is pretty substantial. Keeping up the AAs and the show elements, while important, sometimes gets pushed to the back burner, as keeping the ride running with a few AAs missing or broken is preferable to a complete shut-down. One AA in particular--the hopping Brer Rabbit you see as you make the U-turn to head for the second drop--is so rarely functional that we CMs would cheer and clap whenever we happened to see him working. I'd say that the odds of riding it with every single show element fully functional at the same time are pretty close to zero, even immediately after a refurb.

Funny, I do the same thing whenever I see him hopping alongside!
