Hey, Steve-

I had t-shirts made for my Shakespeare Festival. It cost $30 to have the screen made, and then $5 per shirt. I sold 'em to the kids at $8 each because I wasn't looking to make a profit....just break even. If you let people pre-order at a discount and then purchase 10 percent extra, you could easily sell the shirts for a profit...

Of course, you could also look into pin trading. :)

Just a random thought I was having...

Give the man credit...there's never been an iota of arm-twisting for anyone to support the forum and he's held it together for us.(suck-up to the boss alert):p

I started contributing very early into my membership here. I felt guilty doing all this posting knowing how much it was costing Steve. :o Perhaps it would save bandwidth if Vince, Darrel, and myself stayed out of chit chat? :lookaroun  (Like I have any idea what bandwidth is or how one goes about conserving it)

I'll think about upping my contribution. :)

Thanks again, Steve. I will contribute again within 30 days; and I will probably become monthly.

This is truly the best site on the 'net.

Shows a lot of teamwork here at the boards, eh? :)

O.K., Griz! You got me on that one! LOL.

I totally thought you were being random (and maybe even a little thoughtless) with the "Retro Week" comment right in the middle of this thread. But now I get it. LOL

Well, anyway, it does serve to remind us of how much Steve puts into everything, and how much we need to give to help out. I still plan to give again soon....

It may just be a Retro Week thing, but thanks for bringing it back to my attention.

Note- I need to set up a PayPal account to help support the boards.

Maybe Steve can start selling stock on the site?

My post count is quite expensive cuz, not only do you get the post count, you get the wisdom, intelligence, humor, know-it-all attitude and, of course, all the hot air that comes with it! :hammer:

Yes, you too can be the proud owner of this "Bag of Wind," IF the price is right!

Folks...accept NO imitations...MY post count is the genuine thing, loaded with some of the most LAME posts you'll ever read and something you'll be ashamed to have in your collection for a lifetime.:p

Brent's posts are made in China by people who can't speak English and work for 10 cents an hour.:zipit:

(This is a GOOD example of a LAME post)
