Hey, Steve-
I had t-shirts made for my Shakespeare Festival. It cost $30 to have the screen made, and then $5 per shirt. I sold 'em to the kids at $8 each because I wasn't looking to make a profit....just break even. If you let people pre-order at a discount and then purchase 10 percent extra, you could easily sell the shirts for a profit...
Of course, you could also look into pin trading.
