Breakfast Buffet

You're looking for value? Ale & Compass has a buffet option. You get a breakfast entree served. The optional buffet includes fruit, pastries etc. Last trip I paid around $23 for the entrée, buffet included. Buffet pricing includes coffee.

The food is good.

Everything about Boma is perfect... wide variety of options (both "safe" and "exotic" to suit any palate), beautiful setting (especially near the windows), relatively relaxed... my biggest negative would be the cost... I always find it difficult to justify spending so much for breakfast (as I'm not a huge breakfast eater).

Sadly breakfast is $40 and up at every place these days

Yeah, with the exception of one or two "special" breakfasts, we typically find ourself just skipping a "formal" breakfast when we go to Disney anymore. We'll have some breakfast type snacks/produce delivered to our room from Walmart at the start of the trip then maybe pick up some coffee, but that's about it.

Partially the result of AYCE, frequently buffet. The result is high prices, adequate quality and overweight guests. Guests who insist on eating enough to get their monies worth.

Golden Corral quality at Disney pricing

Toppolinos (sp) is a good choice

The dining plan killed the pricing and the quality

It’s good to see people are rejecting that…from what I hear

I never bought that. Standardization, lower quality and reduced choices wasn't unique to restaurants. Same thing happened to bar offerings and merchandise.
You couldn't be more wrong.... It was like clock work when the plan started to the great fall of the food. It was almost overnight

For resort breakfast buffets the variety and resort experience is great at Boma $37/adult $22/child.

Ale & Compass has convenient location and solid value for quality entrees paired with limited but fresh buffet $23/adult $13/child. The cost isn’t much higher than many QS breakfasts that pale in comparison.

What does a Bounty Platter cost nowadays?

Near $13 and if you’d like a coffee, juice and small serving fruit it’s going well over $20.

A&C entrees go the extra level. I love to get the waffles with cantaloupe and berries from the buffet, have some coffee and juice and a few bites biscuits and gravy. Happy camper paying $23 😋 Plenty of interesting menu choices to mix it up.
