Breakfast at Cinderalla Castle

Does anyone know the secrest to getting a breakfast at The Castle? every year we call 30 days ahead of time and call for the entire week at 7am,just like they say but cant seem to get thru in time to be on the list.last year they said at 7am they already had over 800 calls.Lunch is easy,we always get that,but you cant call prior to 7am or phones will not go thru and you cant call sooner then 30 days.so whats the secret? luck

the secret is luck.. be advised though- there are 2 other Princess meals at WDW. Princess Breakfast at Epcot, and Cinderella Dinner at the Grand Floridian

one thing you can try is dial at like 6:57 am...when you can't get through hang up and hit redial real quick...keeping doing this til you get connected...hitting redial is faster than typing in all the numbers...you may get through quicker

another tip is to have other members of your family try to get through also...the more phones used, the better the shot...this is not as easy as it used to be since you need to give a credit card number now, but if you end up with two PSs, just make sure you cancel one

but, unfortunately, its mostly luck...make sure you have your 4 leaf clover and rabbit's foot nearby

I thought you could make reservations for breakfast in the Castle 60 days in advance and 120 days for the new dinner in the GF?

I guess I must have just gotten really lucky, I got reservations 2 days in a row. My daughter and I went back in September, I called and got a PS for 9:40, which I was afraid would be too late. We are both early risers and like to eat early. I then called the next morning and got a PS for 8:50. I started calling at about 6:58 according to my atomic clock. I would imagine it was easy to get PS due to the time we were visiting.

Spin,I read that somewhere to but the truth is 30 days in advance.
also I want to say that of all the places I have beenat WDW,the food at the Castle was the best.

I was wondering How far in advance do you have to make reservations for cinderellas castle? For anytime doesn`t have to be a character meal!

Call 60 days ahead!

Darthdarrel, you need to call 60 days in advance of your desired PS date. I got a PS for 12 on my first try for our upcoming trip. The following website helped me out alot: www.pscalculator.net It has a great calculator which gives you the exact date to call for your PSs it also has a FAQ section about Cindy's. Good luck!

In the June/July timeframe there was a rule change that a credit card had to be given with the reservation. Since then I've been able to get reservations on my last 2 trips. Prior to that I was 0 for 9. Unless something has changed again I called 60 days prior, starting at 5:57am (CDT) and hitting redial till I get in. But it has been much easier (to get reservations) since the credit card requirement was put in place.

WE are getting ready to leave on Thursday and I called about 2 weeks ago to make some priority seatings and I got a reservation on a Saturday morning at the castle. What a surprise because I just thought while I'm on the line I'll just check for openings...........I can't wait!!!!!

I tried for PS this past summer calling every day, to no avail. I posted on this site and did receive this suggestion. Call again 2 weeks before your trip and keep trying even while on your trip. The Concierge of the Deluxe Hotels release tables they've been holding and you sometimes can get lucky. Nine people trying for a PS during summer is practically impossible. If you are a smaller group, you may have better luck.

When I called for my PS at the Cinderella breakfast, I expected the nightmare others have mentioned. I had not one problem. Amazingly I called at 6:55, someone answered and took all my info, and I was off the phone before 7:00.

One important thing to remember, 60 days in advance is not necessarily exactly 2 months. Count the days out on your calendar.

Don't wait until the last day of your trip for reservations. Give yourself as much time to try again if you miss out on it the first day you call.

I think part of what helped me was that I called on a Saturday. How many people are going to be jumping out of bed early on a Saturday to make the phone call?

If there is something special going on, like a birthday, let them know. We are celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday at our character breakfast. She won't turn three until the day we get home from WDW. This means we don't need to pay for her park tickets or her character meal. And they will still do something special for her bday. The reservationist reminded me several times, not to forget to tell the waitress it's my daughter's birthday.

it is definitely 60 days prior to the date you are looking for at any restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. I also have tended to be really lucky when it come to breakfast with the princesses!! Start calling for the first morning you are there. Dont only try for one day, you must be a bit flexible!!! Belle
