Breakfast at BOMA...

This is one reason I still think Boma's should be a character breakfast. By using Jungle Book and The Lion King, this would be a great alternative for a character breakfast and more boy oriented.
My opinion on this.

Boma is all about the food - it doesn't need characters. The character dining certainly has its place, but those locations with food are not exactly known for their food quality. It would be a disaster for Boma to go down that route. Fingers crossed it never happens.

Oh no. Not every meal needs characters and specially Boma. I hope this never happens.

Both are true, but on the same note (granted I only go during slow times) that Boma's a rarely busy and it is the business model to make a profit so if Boma's is not turning a profit for breakfast TDC needs to look at a few options, lessening the food quality/options, eliminating the meal time, or creating something to bring more people to the restaurant.
Again, everytime I have gone the place is very slow. As a matter of fact, we never make breakfast reservations since we can walk up and get a table everytime. I cannot comment how busy it is during other times of the year.
I also see a need for more meal options that does not cater towards preschoolers or princesses. We do enjoy a character meal from time to time but feel uncomfortable going to some of the character meal options.

I guess whenever I've gone it has been busy. This was in June, November, & February and in Nov and Feb it was around a holiday. When I stayed at Wilderness Lodge we went to breakfast at Whispering Canyon and that place was pretty empty then. That would be a good place to have a Toy Story Woody and Friends breakfast.

We love Boma for breakfast and dinner (Jungle Juice is awesome!). But the only challenge is can we eat enough to justify the cost? I'll eat what I can (try to go back for seconds) but the kids will eat only a few pieces of bacon and a great muffin or pastry. The kids do a little better on the dinner buffet but still I want them to make more out of it before we go back (just not hungry enough yet). I have to say that it's the best buffet for selection and quality!!
