Correct. Carsland had them first.I think these were something they brought over from CarsLand. The Cozy Cone QS had a bunch of these before they did here. Kind of like the foam that started showing up on drinks as well.
In case anyone wants to try makig them at home... (and if you don't have time to make dough from scratch, I'll betcha you can use the same technique with a tube of storebought Pillsbury breadstick dough...

It is really no different than using parchment paper, bamboo skewers, etc. Just make sure what you are using does not have any wax on it that can melt.Love the recipe! I think you could use the premade dough, like you mentioned. Would make it a lot easier, although it might not taste quite as good. I'm sure it works but I'm a little worried about putting the card stock in the oven.
