to discuss this screen gem.

My opinion? Better than the first, with one of the greatest chase scenes ever filmed. This was more intense than the first, and Bourne showed an emotion other than frustration.

**Spoilers**

Let me just preface that i haven't read any of the books. But i've read that the first follows the book's storyline much more than Supremacy.

The only clear let down for me, was Franka dying so soon into the film. She was 50% of why we were motivated to see the first one. A minor one would be Julia Stiles yet again being under-utilized in that fringe role.

Otherwise, i thought it was a solid summer action film. I think anytime an action film isn't filmed in Toronto or Vancouver to fake US cities, is a good thing.

I think in many ways these two films are more entertaining than the recent Bond films have been.

I just finished reading the book and have heard that the movie strays from the plot fairly significantly. Can anyone confirm this?

My wife and I will still see this one. We've been looking forward to it since we heard it was being made. Loved the first one.

Am planning on seeing this movie this upcoming weekend. You are not the first to state that it kicks butt. I'm definately looking forward to it!

I loved the new movie. It was better than the first one in my opinion. I was also kinda bummed out about the cutie getting killed off in the beginning, but at least they didn't pull a "Something tragic happened in the years since the last movie so that's why you don't see her." You actually see the tragic thing happen which I would rather.

The camera agrivated me to no end. I felt like I was watching Blair Witch, only in the city instead of the woods. That aside, I felt the story was one of the strongest this year. It effectively kept you on the edge of your seat. A Matt Damon really shines in the role. He scowls very well.

The cinematography just really got to me.

If I was doing a real review, I would give it 3 Stars.

I finally saw this one last night.

**Spoiler**

If you are an action film veteran, you had to know pretty much right away the girlfriend would be killed because his loss of her love was his motivation to get back into the business of kicking people's butts.

Legacy, my son completely agrees with your assessment of the camera work. He was really disappointed that he couldn't visually follow the fight sequences.

The chase scenes and car scrashes were visually stunning. I doubt any car could withstand the beating that cab took and keep its engine running, but I could be wrong.

I thought the movie was a very good action flick and Jason Bourne is one tough dude. The Jason Bourne, American tough guy franchise is well in motion now for a run of sequels.

I enjoyed the city scenes in Berlin and in Moscow. Having never been to either, I felt like I got a quick visit last night.
