Never received one of these, and would love to get one for next year sometime. Are the bounce back offers pretty random like the pin codes or do certain people in a certain criteria get them?

Bounce back offers-are they randomly given like the pin codes???

They are offered at the resorts. If you don't see a bounce back offer in your room when you get there you can go to the desk and see if they are offering a bounce back offer. If they are and the dates they are offering are good for you then you will have to book the offer before you checkout.
