Hello~

My husband & I are booked for CBR in September 2008. I'm thinking of doing a mother/daughter trip in May 2009. Is Disney doing a bounce back offer that I could use?

Thank you for your help.

I suspect you'll have to wait until you're there in September. Last August when I was there they were offering bounce-back for this September for dates I couldn't use.

They had one back when I stayed at the Polynesian back in May. It was for late summer and most of the fall. I booked at CBR with it for the first week in December. There was very little availability for my week though...it was CBR or FW.

You had to book before you checked out. I've not heard any bounce back offers during May though - usually only slower periods.

How much of an advantage is a Bounce back?

We are not going until Oct 2009 but have an early Dec 2010 trip set in stone. Normally we do not know when we will make the next trip when we leave WDW on our current trip so I haven't actually paid attention to the offers.

Thanks

My bounce back offer is for 7 nights in early December. I got a CBR standard view for $821.38 (includes room and tax). The rack rate price would be $1511.12 for the same dates. Well worth the $690 savings!!

We stayed at The Poly last August and received the Bounceback offer. We are going to POFQ next month. We saved $452.32. I'm hoping they offer it again for next August:)

the bounce back offer is a promo that disney has. its a way to get guests to book their next trip before they leave. I was there in april and there was a flyer on the table saying if you book before you leave AKA bounce back you can save X amount of savings. it was then broke down for each price category of resorts.

Things to remember about Bounce Back Offers...

A Bounce Back Offer is a special discounted marketing offer for a future Disney vacation, exclusively for Guests currently staying at a Disney owned and operated Resort when an offer is available. Specific travel dates, resorts, and room categories apply to each unique offer. There are only a limited number of discount rooms available for each offer.

Guest must currently be in house at a Walt Disney World owned and operated Resort at time of booking. Once you check-out you no longer are eligible.

You must call the phone number listed on your in room flyer to book these offers, you will not be able to book these types of offers through 1-407-W-DISNEY.

Only one room may be booked for each "in house" adult.

An instant deposit is required at time of booking.

The Resorts, room categories, booking windows and travel dates for Bounce Back Offers are continuously changing based on occupancy needs. The offer you see in your room today may not be available to the Guest who checks-in tomorrow. There is no guarantee that any offer will be available on any given future stay date.

As others have stated, you will need to wait until you arrive in September to see if an offer is available, and what future travel dates it may apply for.

Thanks for letting me know waht it is...I have been to WDW between 20-30 times in my life and most of these trips were since 1993 and I never knew about this. I can't believe I didn't know! So glad I read these things on this site! Thanks everyone!
