bounce back after check out?

OK so we are back from our Disney trip and we didn't get to schedule a trip using the bounce back while we were down there. Long story short we spent most of our last day there at the Doctors after my son got hurt. So... do you think that if I call them now they will allow me to still use the bounce back code? And if so can I use it for two rooms? We would like to bring some family with us and that would mean probably one room for the adults and one for the kids. Oh and just because my husband wants me to be sure- if I schedule the trip for say six people and then two can't make it can I change the reservation to not include those two? Thanks for any help.

I can answer the second question. Yes. You can change the people who come with you, but one of the persons who did the booking and was on premise for the bounceback must be part of the deal. You also have wiggle room on dates, I've done this twice now and have changed the dates just a bit, a day added or subtracted. You can also change resorts if one becomes available, as long as you have already booked via bounceback. You can call the bounceback phone # and inquire about possible resort changes if maybe someone cancels.

As far as the first question, it never hurts to ask, since you had a medical problem, you can tell them you were planning to do this the last day but things got hectic. If you are turned down, ask for a supervisor. There is a special bounceback phone #, but I don't know if you need to have a bounceback reservation # to get into the system, I've called it but only with a bounceback reservation. You might have to go through central reservations first, but if not, the bounceback # is 407-541-5515. Good luck!

Definitely ask!

I had mistakenly checked out and called about my bounceback a few hours, thinking I could do it on the day I checked out and they authorized it for me. Unfortunately, my connection was not good in the Polynesian lobby and I ended up getting disconnected. Luckily, we were staying at another Disney resort, so I just called before we checked out of that one. So definitely ask, because they were very understanding.

I'm glad you asked about bringing other people because I would love to bring my parents next time around as well.

First time post, could you tell me what bounce back is.

Leaving in 19 days for solo trip at Wilderness:ROFLOL:

A bounce back is when a company offers you something to "bounce back" to that company. For Disney this year it is free dining during certain times. Hope that helps.

And I haven't called yet- I spent the whole day at the zoo! Haha!

The bounceback doesn't always include free dining. We are bouncing back in 3 weeks based on a ressie we made during our last trip in April - for something like 25% off during select times.
