I have read the rooms are bit tired....but no firm dates on the refurb, anyone have any ideas?

Boulder Ridge Refurb?

Should have been in 2020 but was delayed.
And now with the Poly “jumping the line” for refurbs, plus the new GFV studios, it isn’t clear when BRV will get done. Maybe they’ll say something at the Condo meeting next month.

if they are still on track from what was shared at the 2020 condo meeting, BRV will be 2022
We are planning June this coming year. Doubt it would be done by then...or maybe even started

And since then they announced the new GFV rooms, which will push it back further. I sure hope it starts sometime next year, for the sake of BRV owners.
Did Aulani get refreshed this year? GFV didn’t start. So they basically only managed the Poly out of what they announced last year.

Reportedly started in August. Only soft goods and should be completed by end of 2021.

So this was from last March and there has been no updates? Unfortunate. If rooms were ready by June I might have booked there....

Maybe that means the test room didn't go as well as planned and they've been reworking it since then. Global supply issues could have delayed materials for the test room or for the full refurb and they're waiting so that the announcement is not so far from the refurb start date.
Checking in again, anyone noticed any work or have an idea if and when it will start?

Boulder Ridge 2BR are nearly completely booked Oct-Dec. I know this is a busy season but most other resorts still have availability at this point. So, I'm not sure when it starts but it looks like it at least goes through the last 3 months of the year.
My guess is it starts Aug/Sept.

Summer was harder than usual too. June was booked way earlier than usual. Just a point to add
