Boudin Sourdough Bread Gone?

I'm planning on going to DL next year for the 50th anniversary, and to plan for this I was looking at the 2004 Official Dl Book, sorry can't think of the name, begains with a B. I get the same book for WDW. Anyway I states that there is Boudin Sourdough bread factory and tour in CA. I remeber Boudin from my visit to San Fransico in 1996. Great food! I went on the Dl website and it isn't listed as being there. Then I went to Boudin's website and they don't list Disney as a location any more. When did they leave and why?

it's still there it's just the resturant is called Pacific Wharf Café.

Walked by there the other day...They were making Cinnamon Bread! You should try the quick service resturant at the end of the tour!! They have a Apple salad in the bowl thats yummy!

Thanks for clearing that up. I guess it was a name change. Birbaum's called Boudin Bakery and now it is Pacific Waves. I can taste the bread now. Ummmmmm.

There is still a Boudin bakery "tour" as part of the restaurant as well.

I LOVE Boudin's. There's something about the clam chowder in a bread bowl that is just too delicious for words. :slurp:
