Im the only one in the group who feels so strongly against the whole "groupie" thing...I just find it annoying to be packing up at the end of rehersal and be constantly hit on by a girl who doesnt even know your REAL name. I dont trust them now..and never will...

The sad part is..i know a few SMART groupies...they just dont seem to want to use the brains they have to a GOOD use (like trying to impress me the old fashion way...instead of showing off their..uh...assets )

Make fun of them? Half the time we got stuck dragging one or two around.

I can accept short hair now...Chipper did that to me. Besides, I'd be a lot more limited if I HAD to stick with long hair.

That's just it! If you're beautiful...GREAT! But that doesn't mean that's all that matters. If you're lucky enough to have brains & beauty, use them both to your advantage. Stupidity is incredibly unattractive.

I applaud you for that. Some people think it's all about the groupies. That's not the case. I never got that groupie thing either. I just can't see degrading myself just to get a band to notice me. I did just fine without that.

Hey! We were GOOD! And we never dishonored ourselves. Well, we were a little degraded at times, but only because of my mother's nonsense. I don't think we ever got mistreated or ignored by anyone either. We always got treated well. Why insult yourself when you don't even have to?

Why don't we all meet up in Kansas & take over? All the people you know, all the people I know, all the people "we" know....:lol: That would have to be amusing. Since spending so much time on the 'net, I've found too many people I am wanting to eventually meet up with, so this would make that much easier! :animwink:

I almost did a similar thing tonight. I was bored & found scissors. I almost cut my bangs back in. ACK! It took me forever to grow them out, I am so glad I put the scissors away! :lol:

Kristy was the only person my mom successfully got with that gag, I think! I am SO glad mom's in Texas now! She was a nightmare, but probably the only reason I ever met any guy down here, so I owe her for that at least.
