No, you don't. You can call Disney at a later date and link your fights to your reservation.

I have never and would never book a flight as part of my vacation package.
I would suggest booking separately.
It would appear that you have to pay for the flight NOW since Disney is just partnered with airlines and the airlines make their own rules.
