Booking With a Cast Member Questions

I have a cousin who works for Disney and I wanted to take advantage of his discount. I have a few concerns though.
1. Will I be able to put the reservation in my name?
2. When checking in will he need to be present?
3. Is it possible to put it on my credit card and if not do I have to pay it all when I book?
4. Will I still be able to use the Magical Express when booked through him?

No not yet. I was trying to get some answers here before I went to him with it.

He needs to be on the reservation and there.

Disney Joe is incorrect. Below is the procedure. Done this dozens of times.
1. Yes
2. He will be making a "Friends and Family" reservation for you which will be a 40% discount. He does not have to be there at check-in, but he will have to "validate" your reservation within 10 days of arrival by going to the resort front desk and presenting his Cast ID.
3. He has to make the reservation on the "Hub" using your name and credit card information. Upon booking, your credit card will be charged a deposit of 1 night cost. If only staying one night, then ressie will be paid in full. If more than one night, balance of stay is due at check-in.
4. Yes, done by him on the "Hub" as a step in the reservation process.
