Booking through CAA/AAA

it totally depends on if you book a package of not. im not too sure what it would have cost me without AAA but i can tell you the following info...
-i booked my trip for october in january. its 8 days/8 nights. we are staying at the contemporary with a garden view. we got parkhopper passes with the waterparks and more option. the grand total for two adults is : $2900 roughly.
in my travelguide it says AAA saves you anywhere from 10-20% depending.

While you do get certain "Perks" for booking a package through AAA, the savings is just on the room. Some of the perks for a package include free diamond parking(I think that's what its called). Searaycer coupons, Planet hollywood coupons, 1 free game of putt putt etc.
The room discount varies depending on the hotel and when you are staying. It varies between 10 and 20%. I believe values get a 20% discount during value season and it decreases to 15% during certain seasons. Moderates I believe are much the same. I believe deluxes are 15% during value season and 10% during busier times.
If you go into the AAA office they will have the disney brochure that will break down the discounts for you. You wouldn't even need to speak with anyone.

Actually, any package gets those perks (the Planet Hollywood voucher, Sea Raycer voucher, luggage tags, etc.) It doesn't have to be booked through AAA.

Yup, must be. I don't use AAA and have never gotten a parking pass. But then again, we don't rent a car, so I would have no use for one if I did. :lol:
