I know that when you stay on property you can book all your dining reservations (up to 10 days i think) from your arrival date. Can you do the same when booking a fireworks cruise or do you have to wait until the 90th day from the actual day you wanna book?

According to the Unofficial Guide to WDW, if you wish to go on the Wishes Fireworks Cruise, the charter costs $275 & holds up to 12 people.
It says that there are few boats & charters sell out fast!
It also says to place your call for a reservation at 7:00am 95 days before the day you want to charter (not 90 days because the Disney reservations system counts days in a somewhat atypical manner).
The # is 407-WDW-PLAY.
They state that similar charters are available to watch IllumiNations at Epcot.
