Booking Priority Seating from UK

This question is directed at people travelling from the UK.
Is it posible to phone and book priority seating for a restaurant from the UK if you are not staying on property?
I tried to do it but the automated voice asked for either a resort booking number or your 10 digit home number followed by the £ sign(obviously for US residents), it did not mention anything for overseas callers. I was trying to book somewhere in the Magic Kingdom for the 4th of July as I know it's going to be just a little bit busy.
If no one knows of a way to do it I'll just have to chance my luck trying to book it at the first park that I go to.

I'm not from the UK, but I would suggest inputting the first ten digits of your UK phone number. Their system is just trying to identify you. If that fails, try dialing "Zero" ten times and then the cross-hatch {#} key on your phone [do British phones have the "star" {*} and "pound" {#} keys?].

If all else fails, try not entering anything at all and see if it eventually switches you over to a human being...

Anyone can make priority seating ressie's for the restaurants, you do not have to stay on property. The only advantage to being on property is that you are allowed to make them earlier than non-resort guests.

I would make the ressie's for the 4th of July ASAP, it is very crowded that day and you might find that some restaurants are already fully booked.

Try ringing this number, we managed too book hotels, backstafe tours and ADRs for Boma & The Concourse Steakhouse all in one call.

Note though that its an international number so will be more expensive to call.

001-407-939-8687 I guess this is like the general bookings line, but its the number they have on the WDW.com site.

Yep just enter numbers until you eventually get a human. I have done it many times before from the UK. :)

Hi! I did this yesterday. Just get to the part where they ask for your home number. Don't put any numbers in, just wait, and soon it will pass that and carry on, and you will get a person to talk to. You don't have to be staying onsite.

By the way, do it now, as I couldn't get Le Cellier for the day I wanted, and it was in October!
