Well its my 180 days today, so all ready at 11.00 (UK time) to book my dining, so 2 3/4 hours later I have given up and phoned.

I would get so far on MDE then it would just throw me out back to MDE logon, login again get a little further along then back to the beginning again, what a waste of time!

Anyway have managed to get all I wanted (apart from 3, LTT which is not excepting bookings yet, and Chefs de France and GG at Epcot also no bookings yet due to CP I was told)

I even managed to get BOG on what I thought was day 11 of my booking

Bu really that was so hard to organise for something that should have been easy

Just needed to vent

I always do it by phone... I found that whichever CM answered, they were extraordinarily willing to help! So for example if I couldn't get CM at 8am, I might get it at a weird time like 8:20. They seem to go out of their way to make it work for me. I really like darling with people. We have even got resies I thought were impossible while at WDW! (As people canceled). Good luck and know that pretty much all the meals at WDW are exceptionally goid , even counter service!

This is when it's great to use a planner bc they have a way better success rate of getting the reservations for you.

I think part of y'alls issue is the internet from over there. We just booked our dining yesterday for a Sept. trip, and had zero issues getting everything we wanted. No weird page loads or knocking us off the page, so it could simply be an issue with any point along the way to get to you. If you lose connection for a few seconds due to some router along the way having a problem, the Disney website may not realize that you are still there, so logs you off. I know lots of people are having issues, but we have yet to see them.

LTT is closed through at least Nov. 20th, and since it may be extended, they will probably not accept any ADRs until they are pretty sure it will be available. You might have to book that one only a month or two in advance, but it should also not be very hard to get a time then anyway. Good luck!

Could have been a UK problem, just didn't work for me, should have just phoned and not tried to do via MDE, had no problem ringing (though have no idea how much it is going to cost me!! lol) and as you say CM very helpful as always, plus while I was waiting great Disney Park music playing!!

Will keep checking for LTT and then wait for CP packages

I live in the UK too and phoned as I couldn't do via the app. There is a UK number you can ring and it's free phone but I think you speak to the US. I think I rang the Disney experience app number and told them I couldn't do it and they put me through. So if you need any more ring 0800 169 0749. Or WDW visit assistance is 0800 028 0778
Good luck

I think it's better by phone anyhow because we reserved Cinderella's Table for my son's birthday and although it showed on our itinerary it wasn't actually reserved somehow. If my mother hadn't gotten on the phone with them over a different issue and happened to question this, we'd have lost our birthday dinner in the castle and I would have been absolutely heartbroken!

Unfortunately, the website can have issues, but if you can get past them...it's much better than the phone. I mean, you're getting a 1 hr jump on ADRs over anyone waiting to call and I've found it much faster than the phones.

As for things not having availability, you're going right around US Thanksgiving. Candlelight Processional is notorious for messing up availability in Epcot + if LTT is open (can't remember the refurb dates), it is usually booked solid on and around Thanksgiving for all the travelers wanting to get that Thanksgiving food feel while at WDW on vacay. As for Garden Grill...often isn't loaded into the system on day 180. Back in 2012, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to load the Garden Grill ADRs.

Ultimately, if you are still looking for some things---stalk...especially closer to your travel dates. People drop things all the time.

I did all of mine online from the UK a couple of weeks ago and had no issues. There must have just been problems at the precise time you went on unfortunately!

I always have trouble booking on the app. The app will only usually book my first days dining and then says I can't book anymore but if I go to the website I am able to do all my days.

Has worked fine for me ever since, I have booked a couple more ADR's and changed 2, all worked ok, just didn't want to play on my 180 day mark, and have got all the ones I was hoping for
