Booking a stay

My friend and I are planning a trip down in October for 4 nights/5 days. I know that I can book it and pay my half of the cost and give my friend the confirmation number for her to pay her half. I was wondering if when I booked the trip and paid my half if Disney would let me put it on my mother's credit card? Would she have to be on the phone at the time of booking? And yes I'm over the age of 18.

I'm not completely sure, but I would assume that, YES, she would have to be on the phone to use her credit card. They ask for the name on the card. The reservation line has very convenient hours, so just call when she is there.

Will they let me use it even if her name ISN'T on the reservation? Also she has a different last name than I do. Will that make a difference?
