My father booked us to stay at Bonnet Creek in early Feb. I've heard some random things here and there about this resort but I was wondering if anyone had some info about it? I have no idea what to expect really.

Im curious about it also, we passed it and I was wondering if anyone had ever stayed there and why I had not heard too much about it.

We stay there 2-3 weeks every year. :) The facilities are very nice and they provide lots of activites on site. There's something to do almost every night you're not in the parks. A lot of their rooms have fireworks views (Epcot and MK). Most rooms are 2BR with full kitchen and plenty of space. It is close to Disney's Boardwalk and you can access Epcot or Disney transportaion from there. If you're not staying at one of the Disney Resorts around MK or Boardwalk, then Bonnet Creek is your best option.

You can go to vacationupgrades.com and look at it. I am thinking about staying here for our trip next Dec. It looks like a beautiful resort. For a two bedroom it would only be 120.00 a night. That's a great price to have a kitchen, den & two bedrooms plus a washer & dryer. I'm still thinking about it for now. If Disney comes out with free dining again for Dec, I had rather do that and stay at POR like we did last time, only to save on the dining.

Okay so my week here at Bonnet Creek is almost over and I've got to say... I'm not that amazed.

The Good: It's fancy and spacious, close to the parks, the front desk staff is very nice and we had a view of both Wishes and Illuminations from our balcony. (We requested a park view when we checked in)

The Bad: they called everyday to talk us into doing a resort tour and said they wouldn't pressure us into buying - but they totally did. At first they offered us $50 but we held out until the end of the week when they upped it to $100. So I talked my dad into doing it just for the extra cash so I could go shopping  If it wasn't for $100, it wouldn't have been worth it. It was about 3 hours long and they were super rude when we said we weren't interested, so bad that it made me want to pack up and check out that very moment.

Little things that annoyed us: the jacuzzi tub in the room doesn't have jets, it's just air bubbles. There's no wireless internet, we had to share a wire near the phone. The AC doesn't get cold enough, and there are only fans in the living room and master.

Maybe I'm just spoilied from staying in perfect resorts, but this one just wasn't anything special to me (other than the fireworks view). Still having a very great vacation though! :D

Love It!

We love Bonnet Creek. We've stayed there many times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love having a full kitchen and laundry area. We always drive so dealing with the busses are not an issue. The pool areas are great and there are so many activities to keep everyone entertained. I'd recommend BC to anyone not wanting to stay in a Disney hotel.

I stayed there a week last year in a 2 bedroom that over looked the parks. I loved it. Upon check in, I told them not to call me, but they did. They called one day and when I told them they were not to call me, they said sorry & never called again. Yes, I do have to agree about the internet, I wished they had wireless in the units. My kids did get WiFi on their I-touches though, just not on the laptop. I found nothing wrong with my AC unit, it kept the rooms cold. The no jets in the tub didn't bother us either. As far as no fan in the second bedroom, that didn't matter since the AC was cold enough. Again, I loved this place.. and would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I am trying to get a deal on a 2 bedroom for this year as well. I am not an owner, but a renter.
