I just read about the premiere change a minute ago! You know after watching the trailer again I think the cat might be another one of my favorite characters- the voice is done by Sussie Essman, I am sure he character will be toned down from her role on Curb Your Enthusiasm but it'll be cool to have her in the mix since she is such a talented comedian!

sorry for the double post but I was just reading all about the 3-D process in this studio visit article. Pretty fascinating stuff and I love the facts throw in at the end of the article, like this one :

"An animator can animate three seconds of animation in one week (on average)."

and this one too:

"It takes 4-5 months to get one shot all the way though production from layout to animation to lighting (a shot averages four seconds in length on “Bolt”)."

Isn't that crazy! seeing this in 3-D should be awesome.

It looks just okay. The animation is typical Dreamworks wannabe animation. Let's hope the changes Lasseter made will help.

Yep

Let's just think for a moment: As Disney fans, our current selections include a singing pampered Hollywood chihuahua, and a Hollywood dog with an "unlikely team."

Enough with the Hollywood, "big city", CGI-driven stuff, people. Originality would do a movie wonders.
Yep

It will be nice in 3D though.

The movie I am hyped up for is "The Princess and the Frog."THAT might put us back on the map.:D

The more I read about the movie, the more I want to see it. Like most people I am loving the Hamster, Rhino and I am predicting that Mittens will be a big favorite, especially with parents. Bolt just seems to have a real heartfelt classic Disney feel to me. I can't wait to read some advanced screening review!

Amazing footage! Thanks for posting that. I just loved how Rhino and Bolt play off each other. This is definitely living up to my expectations. Not to mention the animation quality continues to impress me- check out the part when Bolt finds Mittens. Every detail of Bolt even his fur is so well done.
