Boats to EPCOT & MGM

Can anyone tell us what hotel is best to take a boat from to get to EPCOT or MGM? I want to take a relaxing boat ride from a Hotel to either MGM or EPCOT but I am unsure of which hotel to catch the boats from. If anyone knows of the hotels that have any boat service to MGM or EPCOT please reply. Thanks to all in advance.

For the longest ride, you can go from MGM to Epcot without involving a resort at all. Takes about 40 minutes, and there are several stops at the various resorts, but you can stay on and ride it straight from one to the other.
