Boathouse Bar Area Question

Hello All,

I'm wondering if somebody might be able to clarify something regarding the The Boathouse for me?

Are there bar areas within The Boathouse, which do not require a reservation? I'm hoping to go to The Boathouse for an evening cocktail or two and am wondering if I should make a reservation?

If there are un-reservable bar areas - do they offer the full The Boathouse menu? Would I at least be able to order a cocktail and a dessert? Would there normally be a long wait at say, 10:00 pm on a Saturday?

The best place to eat at the Boathouse is the dockside bar, out back, along the water. The bars do not require reservations. There is a specific menu for the bars and that's what I have ordered from but it is my understanding that you can order anything at the bars. I have not been there on a Saturday but on a Sunday night at about 8 I was able to get a dockside bar table for 3, although the table really is more for 2 people, without any wait.
