The last few times we were to WDW the boat has been blocked off. We were told that it was no longer deemed safe. :shrug:

What was safe for about 20 years but suddenly with the stupidity (see boy gets head knocked off thread) and lawyers acting like vultures it is deemed too risky not unsafe.
