Does anyone know when this entertainment takes place? Also has anyone ever won any of these games. I am thinking of sending the 3ds over from the swan, but don't want them to waste a ton of money. Any experiences?

What kind of games are you refering to...? The arcade at the Boardwalk? Are you talking about the games that are along the Boardwalk? I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by "games".
P.S. Those games on the Boardwalk are a waste of money to play over and over again in hopes of winning. Give them some quarters for some arcade games and save yourself some money...
