Boardwalk entrance

Disney is advertising shopping and restaurants at the Boardwalk to go to, I would love to go, but I thought you could only get into their parking lot if you had a reservation there? Would you have to pay to park? (I hope not).

Last time I was there the parking was free at the boardwalk but that could have changed since 2019
