Boardwalk Early Arrival

Hey All,
I've got a question concering the boarwalk. My family and I are flying into Orlando and our flight is scheduled to arrive right around noon and check in isnt until 4. Ofcourse you can check if the room is ready early and it actuallly never has. Do you have any suggestions on filling this 4 hour window...(excluding going to the parks because we're too tired from the flights etc.) Any suggestions are appreciated!

Considering that it will probably take you 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get to the resort from the time your flight is due to arrive (with baggage claim and then actual drive time to the resort), I would recommend going ahead and checking in. If your room isn't ready, they will store your bags at luggage services until the room is ready; then go grab a late lunch at one of the restaurants on the Boardwalk (or at Yacht/Beach) and the wander around the Boardwalk- go in the shops or rent one of those bikes with the canopy. Or go get a Kitchen Sink sundae at the Beaches and Cream (Beach Club)- that will probably take at least an hour to eat! That should use up any remaining time, if the room isn't actually ready until 4.

Hope you have a great trip. I'm quite envious!!!
