BlueZoo, Kimonos & Il Mulino opinions please

Since we're locals and have eaten just about everywhere else in the "world" at this point, we wanted to try these 3 places as we rarely get over to the Swan & Dolphin.

Just looking for some opinions on any of them. Il Mulino I heard was good, but not nearly as good as the Manhatten flagship (which is to be expected).

Thanks for the words of wisdom :D

Of the three we've only tried Bluezoo, and really enjoyed it. Our food was delicious, and the servers were knowledgeable. As I recall, we both had fish dishes and they were very fresh. The atmosphere is definitely a little more adult (than even places like the Cali Grill/Jiko), and possibly more upscale, but I suspect that this is because you can't use the dining plan. You have to be willing to pay the price out of pocket.

I'm fine with the fact that it isn't on the dining plan, as we don't use it; however, we'd love to be able to use our Dining Experience card. Still though, even without the 20% off it was a great meal and I would suggest trying it.

Generally speaking what do you think a party of 2 would cost? $100, $150 or $200. Assuming : 1 appettizer, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entress & 2 desserts, plus tip.

I don't know if you are familiar with allearsnet, but they are really good about keeping the menus updated for restaurants

This will help you price it, based on the entrees you would likely pick. We probably spent a little over $100 with two entrees, wine and 20% tip. If you're including an app and desserts, I would guess closer to $150. I'm not certain but you are probably looking at $9-$15 per glass of wine (something to consider: the whole bottle, as the price difference isn't often much).

Here's the link to bluezoo on allears: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_bz.htm (use the links on the left to check out menus for additional restaurants)
